Job Description About the roleGoogle Shopping performance starts with the product feed – and this is where your expertise comes in.
We are looking for a Senior Google Shopping & Product Feed Manager who understands how product data, Google Merchant Center and campaign performance connect.
Your main focus will be the strategic and operational optimisation of our Google product feeds and Shopping ecosystem
. You will take ownership of feed quality, structure and performance across a large and complex e-commerce product portfolio and continuously identify opportunities to improve visibility, relevance and commercial performance.
SEA remains an important part of the role. You will work hands-on with Google Shopping and Search campaigns, but your particular expertise in product feeds, Google Merchant Center and Shopping optimisation will make the difference.
About Your Tasks- Own and continuously optimise our Google product feed strategy, ensuring high-quality, scalable and performance-oriented product data across our e-commerce portfolio.
- Take ownership of Google Merchant Center, including feed health, diagnostics, disapprovals, attributes and product data quality.
- Identify opportunities to improve Shopping performance through feed enrichment, segmentation, taxonomy, titles, descriptions, product attributes and custom labels.
- Work hands-on with feed management and optimisation tools such as Productsup and continuously improve feed rules and structures.
- Connect product feed optimisation with commercial signals such as pricing, availability, margins and performance data.
- Plan, implement and optimise Google Shopping, Performance Max and Search campaigns as part of the wider paid search strategy.
- Develop sophisticated campaign and product segmentation approaches based on product and performance data.
- Take responsibility for significant advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation across products, campaigns and markets.
- Analyse performance data and translate insights into concrete feed, campaign and bidding optimisation actions.
- Collaborate closely with Data, Analytics, Pricing, Tech and Country Management to improve both product data quality and advertising performance.
- Develop testing frameworks around feed attributes, campaign structures, bidding and product segmentation and turn successful experiments into scalable solutions.
- Contribute to the strategic development of our wider SEA and Google Shopping setup.
Our office is in Cologne. If you’re nearby, great. If not, remote work within Germany works well for day-to-day collaboration. We regularly come together for team events and important team moments, and we expect you to join us for those occasions.
