Influencer Marketing & Creator Manager

• Manage creators and their management teams throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Serve as the primary point of contact for launch and marketing topics, extending beyond the book launch
• Coordinate campaigns, marketing calls, integration plans, and announcement and launch dates
• Track plans and evaluate campaigns based on relevant KPIs
• Prepare launches, including timelines, pre-orders, giveaways, and shop promotions
• Organise marketing materials such as teasers, Shorts concepts, product images, briefs, creator boxes, autographed cards, dummy copies, and bonus materials
• Brief the design team and external creatives, manage revisions, and obtain creator approvals
• Own the launch budget for each book and independently commission freelancers and materials
• Develop new creator concepts with the programming team
• Prepare pitches and proposals and participate in initial meetings with creators and their management teams
• Maintain engagement with the creator community at trade shows and events
• Work closely with production, editorial, and design
• Document agreements and appointments in Click Up
• Provide a weekly status report on all ongoing launches

• At least two years of experience in influencer marketing, creator or talent management, or campaign and project management
• Experience working with creators and their management teams, including briefings, approvals, scheduling, and follow-up
• Practical experience with long-form and short-form formats
• Knowledge of relevant KPIs: views, watch time, retention, impressions, completion rate, shares, clicks, conversion, and sales per integration
• Ability to analyze channels in terms of target audience, formats, reach, integration quality, and campaign potential
• Experience managing multiple campaigns or launches in parallel with fixed deadlines
• Knowledge of disclosure requirements for creator content, as well as regulations governing giveaways and audiences under 14
• German at C2 level
• Good written and spoken English
• Self-organised approach to working from home
• Willingness to travel to trade shows and events several times a year
• Confident using Click Up or a comparable tool, a CRM such as Hub Spot, and Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
• Ability to create polished presentations
• A network within the creator community is a plus, but not required
• Affinity for gaming and kids’ content is a plus

Demonstrates expertise in managing creator relationships and marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on project management, KPI analysis, and effective communication. Proficient in utilizing tools like Click Up and CRM systems to streamline processes and enhance collaboration.
