Senior SEA Manager in Berlin (m/w/d) – Hybrid / Stuttgart

This role is a full‑time, permanent position within Klick Piloten GmbH. It focuses on performance‑based search, shopping, display, video, and app advertising across B2B and B2C segments.

• Conduct SEA analysis, audits, strategy development and consulting.
• Steer and optimize allocated budgets; participate in budget planning and forecast creation.
• Perform keyword research and define target groups and personas.
• Create text ads, optionally banners, working with the creative team.
• Set up and manage Google Ads, Bing Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns.
• Optimize and evolve SEA campaigns across all channels.
• Configure conversion tracking and attribution models.
• Set up and optimize Google Shopping, including product data management.
• Generate reports and presentations, including KPI analysis.
• Advise key accounts with large client portfolios (100+ campaigns).
• Monitor performance metrics and budgets from an SEO performance perspective.
• Identify usability and conversion opportunities for landing pages.
• Observe market, competitive and trend changes.
• Maintain expertise in the SEA channel, including partner‑side developments.
• Participate in channel “Way of Work” definition and first‑flight or briefing sessions.
• Drive innovation in cross‑channel topics (SEA, SEO, social media).
• Provide a 360° view of digital marketing by occasionally collaborating with other channels.

• Completed business degree or equivalent education.
• Decision‑making, negotiation and assertiveness skills.
• Strong online affinity.
• A good sense of design and marketing copy.
• Ability to work precisely, reliably and result‑oriented under time pressure.
• Professional demeanor towards colleagues, clients and partners.
• Experience in B2B and B2C SEO, preferably e‑commerce SEO.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including SEO tools.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• 3–5 years of SEA / Google Ads experience.
• Creativity and enthusiasm.
• Knowledge of Google Data Studio, Ads Scripts and Ads rules.
• Experience with bid‑management tools, click‑fraud tools and product data optimisation.
• Technical competence in HTML and basic server‑side knowledge for optimisation.
