Field Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

• Develop and implement regional marketing strategies and campaigns in line with global guidelines
• Continuously develop the partner marketing program and partner portal
• Design and manage internal communications for strategic initiatives and organizational changes
• Identify regional marketing opportunities and translate business requirements into actionable measures
• Plan and coordinate trade shows, customer events and partner marketing activities
• Create and coordinate regional marketing and communication materials
• Manage the partner portal and relevant marketing resources
• Closely align marketing activities with Sales, Business Development and regional stakeholders
• Measure performance and continuously optimize marketing and communication activities

• Several years of experience in B2B, field or partner marketing, or internal communications
• Experience planning and executing regional marketing campaigns and projects
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across Sales, Business Development and other teams
• Excellent project management, organizational and communication skills
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on mindset
• Experience with digital marketing, CRM and AI tools is an advantage
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Excellent English and German language skills; additional languages are an advantage
• Solution‑oriented and self‑motivated work style
