And here's the exciting part: our team is growing! We are currently looking for a Growth Specialist
.

Our main revenue stream comes from recurring payments. You'll be responsible for helping execute the subscription strategy to acquire new customers and retain current subscribers. You'll ensure we have well-converting funnels through regular iterations and experiments to increase our sales and limit churn rate. Your efforts will help us achieve business targets across all markets: the US, Canada, the EU + UK, and Australia.

• Develop and implement strategies to drive subscriber acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall revenue growth.
• Develop and execute a conversion optimisation roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Establish strategies to reduce churn and enhance customer lifetime value.
• Test and establish new offers and bundling options to maximise revenue and customer value.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to optimise the conversion funnel, from lead generation to customer retention.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging, CTAs, landing pages, and other touchpoints.
• Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies for existing customers to increase average order value and repeat purchases.
• Coordinate with data analysts to ensure consistent tracking and reporting of key metrics.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  , preferably in the e-Commerce space.
• Strong understanding of subscription sales in a D2C company.
• Experience in spotting bottlenecks and improving the conversion in marketing funnels.
• Track record in implementing strategies elevating growth, especially in metrics like MRR, ROI, CLTV and AOV.
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience in CRO, growth marketing, or performance optimisation, ideally in the subscription or e-Commerce brand.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and influence cross-functional teams.
