Account Manager; Print remote

Our Account Managers are responsible for managing and delivering marketing activation campaigns for our clients in local markets. You’ll work closely with the client, internal teams and local partners to ensure campaigns are culturally relevant, compliant, and commercially successful.

The Account Manager is required to remain in contact with suppliers and clients and is responsible for taking ownership of the relationship and developing it further - negotiating costings and timescales for each job and selecting the most appropriate supplier.

The areas of spend currently under management within this alcohol / beverage sector client are Print, 3D Point of Sale Materials (POSM) for the off-trade retail sector and also some branded merchandise and premiums.

This role operates on a remote basis within Germany, but you must be able to visit the office in Bremen on an occasional / planned basis.

• Serve as the day-to-day contact for the client, building strong relationships and understanding their brand and market goals
• Lead the execution of marketing activation campaigns across Retail, Experiential and Digital channels in Germany
• Coordinate with internal creative, production and strategy teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and reporting, ensuring efficiency and transparency
• Ensure all activations comply with German market regulations, especially in the Beverages sector
• Monitor campaign performance and consumer engagement, providing insights and recommendations
• Support localization of global campaigns for the German audience, ensuring cultural relevance and resonance

• Account Management experience within the service / spend areas outlined above
• Experience working with FMCG, retail marketing execution and / or beverage clients within the German market
• Fluency in English is essential and German fluency would be very valuable
• Excellent project management skills, experience with Asana a bonus
• Understanding of German consumer behavior and retail environments
• Able to manage and communicate with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations
• Commercially aware with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures is preferred
• Numerate with a strong commercial understanding
• Able to prioritize workload in a high energy environment
• Process driven, with an eye to sales and business development
• Professional, courteous and calm under pressure
