What you will be doing
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for commercial roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations)
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities
  • Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines through active sourcing and networking
  • Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates for both skills and culture fit
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to contract signature
  • Support all stages of the employee journey (onboarding, development, retention, etc.) ensuring a seamless, positive experience for every JOINer
  • Maintain and optimise our HRIS and internal recruiting systems (surveys, review cycles, comms tools), ensuring employee data is accurate, updated and organised
Who you will work with

You’ll be part of JOIN’s People Team
, collaborating daily with hiring managers across our Commercial Organisation. You’ll also work closely with the Finance, People, Operations and Leadership teams to ensure a seamless, high-quality recruitment experience for every candidate and stakeholder.

Requirements
  • 3–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in‑house or agency)
  • Proven experience hiring for commercial roles in B2B or SaaS environments
  • Strong German and English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Skilled in sourcing through Linked In Recruiter, Boolean search and creative outreach
  • Comfortable managing multiple roles and priorities in parallel
  • High attention to detail, organisation and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
  • Data‑driven mindset with the ability to report and optimise based on insights
  • Bonus points for
    • Experience hiring in multiple EU markets
    • Background in SaaS, HR Tech, or fast‑scaling startups

  • Hiring Manager Interview (~60 min) – Discuss your recruiting approach, stakeholder management, and sourcing strategies
  • Practical Assessment (~90 min) – Walk us through a case reflecting a typical hiring challenge at JOIN
  • Commercial Team Get to know (~60 min) – Meet the people you will be collaborating on a day‑to‑day basis. Get first hand information on our ways of work and ask all your questions to your main stakeholders.
