About the Role

Join a dynamic team supporting a major, global account within a leading pharmaceutical company. This challenging role is pivotal for process management and stakeholder communication across Germany, Switzerland, and the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for professional development within a growing account.

Role Summary

The Talent Advisor acts as the single point of contact between hiring managers and recruitment suppliers for the MSP program
. This is a process-driven role, focused on managing the end-to-end recruitment flow for contingent workers, shortlisting candidates provided by suppliers, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
This is not a full-cycle recruiting or RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) role
; there is no active candidate sourcing or final hiring decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supplier and Stakeholder Management: Conduct intake calls with the hiring community and briefing calls with existing, signed suppliers to convey job requirements.
  • Candidate Screening: Act as the first filter by shortlisting incoming CVs provided by suppliers, ensuring they meet the defined criteria.
  • Process Management: Oversee and manage the recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer stage, ensuring all steps are completed efficiently and within agreed timelines.
  • System and Compliance: Utilize the Vendor management-System SAP Fieldglass for organizing interviews and ensure all processes adhere to legal requirements, particularly German temporary labor regulations.
  • Communication: Communicate the hiring manager's final decision (offer or rejection) back to the supplier.
  • Team

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with the local German team (currently 4 people), the Operations Manager, and the Account Director, supporting processes across Germany.
Must-Haves
  • Experience with German Temporary Labor Regulations: Crucial experience with German temp labor law (AÜG), ideally from a background working in another MSP or with contingent workers.
  • Language Fluency: Must be fluent in both German and English

  • Organizational

    Skills:

    Highly structured, organized, and capable of strong multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsibility & Attitude: Comfortable with taking ownership of complex processes and operating without micromanagement; must be service-oriented, supportive, and proactive.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Talent Advisor or similar role is required (not a junior position).
Nice-to-Haves (but not mandatory)
  • Experience in the life science/pharmaceutical sector.
