Stellenbeschreibung
The People Partner role is unique — distinct from a traditional HR position. If you enjoy working on diverse tasks and projects simultaneously, thrive in a multicultural environment, and genuinely care about people, the planet, and the future of work, this could be a great fit.
Our People & Culture team supports a distributed remote workforce across different setups, combining operational impact with strategic initiatives. As we navigate a period of significant change, our role continues to evolve alongside the team and company priorities. With that in mind, here’s what you can expect from the People Partner role:
- Partner with leads and management on people strategy, culture, engagement, and retention for a distributed team of 60+ people across 15 countries.
- Work with People Operations to provide end-to-end employee lifecycle support and act as the first point of contact for People & Culture topics.
- Build strong, effective relationships with stakeholders by acting as a trusted advisor and coach.
- Drive and facilitate company-wide initiatives, including employee surveys, 360‑degree feedback, and communication.
- In collaboration with team leads, you’ll recruit based on company needs and financial plans.
- Throughout 2026, the focus will be on employee value proposition, growth and development, feedback, and off‑site planning.
- Work within a self‑organised team with low hierarchy, enjoying autonomy while staying aligned with the People & Culture team.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role (HR Generalist, HRBP, or HR Manager).
- Enjoy working across multiple tasks and projects, and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
- You feel comfortable combining strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach.
- Knowledge of employment law in some of the following markets:
Germany, Southern Europe, the UK, or the US is a plus, not a must. - You are open‑minded, positive, and collaborative.
- Familiar with working in an international, remote working environment with English as a corporate language.
- Fluency in German is an advantage.
- Based in Hamburg or surroundings.
- A permanent four‑day workweek, Monday to Thursday, full‑time pay. Help us build the future of work where we all have more time to take care of our health and well‑being!
- Generous time off policy - six weeks of PTO, parental leave, volunteer days, and more!
- Free and confidential access to counseling sessions to provide mental health support.
- State‑of‑the‑art hardware (Mac Book or Lenovo), monitor, height‑adjustable desk, and ergonomic chair.
- Personal budget for remote office set‑up (500 Euros).
