About the Role:We’re looking for a hands‑on Talent Manager to lead recruiting efforts across our Corporate and Specialty departments, including IT, Marketing, Inside Sales Leadership, Customer Care, and other key functions.
This is a player‑coach role where you’ll lead and develop recruiters while also owning high‑impact requisitions yourself. You’ll be responsible for keeping hiring organized, efficient, and aligned with the pace of our growth.
What You’ll Do:- Lead, coach, and hold a team of recruiters accountable to weekly/monthly hiring goals
- Manage full‑cycle recruiting for corporate and specialty roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and move roles quickly
- Ensure all requisitions are actively worked and pipelines stay full
- Optimize sourcing strategies across Linked In, Indeed, referrals, and other channels
- Track recruiting metrics and use data to drive performance
- Maintain a strong, consistent candidate experience
- Experience recruiting for corporate or specialty roles (IT, Marketing, Customer Care, etc.)
- Strong sourcing experience, with the ability to proactively build pipelines through Linked In, job boards, referrals, and other channels
- Proven ability to lead or mentor recruiters in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Data‑driven and results‑oriented
- Comfortable operating in a high‑growth, performance‑driven environment
