As Manager Global Compensation & Rewards, you will play a key role in shaping, enhancing our global compensation landscape. You will contribute to core aspects of compensation across regions, supporting alignment with our total rewards philosophy, market competitiveness, and evolving regulatory requirements.

You will work in close partnership with the Rewards team, which is instrumental in the operational execution and continuous development of reward processes and programs. Together, you will help ensure effective delivery, consistent standards, and ongoing enhancement of global compensation and benefits structures.

Responsibilities
  • Compensation Strategy, Processes & Governance:
    Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of global compensation frameworks, bonus and incentive programs, and salary review cycles. Support alignment with total rewards strategy, market benchmarks, and consistency across regions while acting as a business partner on complex compensation topics.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Requirements:
    Support compliance with regulatory requirements (including EU Pay Transparency Directive) and drive the development of fair, transparent pay structures in close collaboration with regional HR, Legal, and Finance.
  • SAP Success Factors (Compensation Focus):
    Help implement and optimize the SAP Success Factors Compensation module and related EC structures, ensuring system readiness, high data quality, and continuous improvements in collaboration with IT and HR teams.
  • Benefits & HR Projects:
    Contribute to global benefits and rewards initiatives (e.g. mobility, allowances), ensuring alignment with total rewards strategy and supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication:
    Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to align compensation topics, drive decision-making, and deliver clear, structured communication while handling sensitive matters with discretion.
Qualifications
  • Several (ideally 4-6) years of experience in HR, with strong focus on Compensation & Benefits in a global or regional role.
  • Proven experience in managing or significantly contributing to global compensation frameworks, bonus programs, and reward cycles.
  • Strong understanding of compensation benchmarking, market practices, and total rewards principles.
  • Experience with regulatory topics (e.g., EU Pay Transparency Directive) is a strong plus.
  • Hands‑on experience with SAP Success Factors Compensation and Employee Central (EC) modules.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to translate data into insights.
  • Experience in international and/or matrix organizations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Clear, structured, and confident communication style.
  • Hands‑on, reliable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to balance operational and strategic work.
  • Business fluent in English;
    German and other languages are a plus.
