The business is currently further developing its SAP landscape and modernising its HR processes. To support these initiatives, they are looking for an Inhouse SAP HCM Consultant to join their internal team, taking ownership of SAP HCM applications, supporting key stakeholders and helping shape the future direction of HR technology within the organisation

• Lead the new IT-HR transformation project in the area of SAP HCM
• You are the central contact person for the HR department in all professional and technical questions relating to our SAP HCM
• Together with the HR department, you continuously develop our HR processes and actively help shape a modern, efficient and future-oriented system landscape

• 3+ years experience with SAP HCM
• Strong understanding of German payroll
• Languages - fluent German

• Salary up to 90,000 €
