HR Business Advisor & HR Controlling Support (m/f/d) - limited to 18 months Your Responsibilities

• HR Business Advisor (approximately 50%)
• Serve as a first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and employee lifecycle matters
• Provide guidance and support for onboarding, employee changes, leave management, documentation, and offboarding activities
• Manage and resolve employee HR inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer service and timely issue resolution
• Act as liaison between employees, managers, Payroll, HR Centers of Expertise, and HR Business Partners
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, enhance employee experience, and increase operational efficiency
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local labor law, internal policies, and data privacy requirements
• HR Controlling & Workforce Analytics (approximately 50%)
• Support workforce analytics and planning activities for Germany
• Prepare and maintain regular HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics
• Analyze workforce trends and provide insights to HR and business stakeholders
• Support headcount planning, forecasting, and workforce budgeting activities
• Assist in the annual salary review and bonus processes in close collaboration with HR, Payroll, and Finance
• Conduct data validation and ensure data quality within HR systems and reports
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reporting requirements
• Contribute to HR projects, process optimization initiatives, and continuous improvement activities

This position is limited to 18 months.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Psychology, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, HR Analytics, HR Controlling, or a comparable HR role
• Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes
• Experience with reporting, workforce analytics, budgeting, or planning activities is preferred
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management
• Basic understanding of employment law and compliance requirements
• Fluent English;
  German language skills strongly preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with HR systems, preferably SAP Success Factors
• Experience with reporting tools and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management capabilities
