Game Industry Sourcing Recruiter – Freelance​/Fully Remote

SOFTGAMES is looking for an experienced Game Industry Sourcing Sourcing Recruiter to support our People team with active candidate sourcing and direct outreach. This is a freelance role (not in-house employment), focused on identifying and engaging top talent, within the gaming industry, ideally with experience in casual games.

* This isa fixed term contract.

** Qualified candidates will be expected to complete a skills assessment as part of the selection process.

• Proactively source candidates via Linked In, portfolios, communities, and other relevant channels
• Conduct direct outreach and first-touch candidate engagement
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles
• Collaborate closely with the People team to understand role requirements and target profiles
• Track outreach activities and candidate responses in our ATS / shared tools
• Provide feedback on talent market insights and sourcing effectiveness

• Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter with a strong sourcing focus
• Solid background in the gaming industry particularly in casual games
• Demonstrated success in direct outreach and passive candidate engagement
• Strong Linked In sourcing skills and familiarity with creative / tech gaming profiles
• Comfortable working independently in a freelance setup
