We are looking for a Legal Counsel who is passionate about technology, digital products, Web3, gaming, and football. You will be a key legal partner to our business teams, helping One Football navigate commercial, regulatory, and product‑related legal matters across multiple business lines.

• Advise on legal and regulatory matters relating to One Football's products and services, including Web3 initiatives, token‑related activities, marketplace offerings, gaming products, and merchandising.
• Support compliance with applicable German regulations, including requirements related to BaFin supervision.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements with partners, advertisers, gaming providers, vendors, and other business stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain customer‑facing legal documentation, including terms of use, marketplace terms, promotional terms, and other consumer‑facing policies.
• Provide pragmatic, business‑oriented legal advice to support product development, commercial initiatives, and strategic projects.

• Fully qualified lawyer, having completed the Second German State Examination (Zweites Staatsexamen) or holding an equivalent legal qualification from another jurisdiction.
• 1-2 years of relevant post‑qualification experience, gained in a law firm and/or in‑house environment.
• Strong foundation in commercial, technology, media, digital, or regulatory law.
• Interest in emerging technologies, digital assets, gaming, and digital platforms.
• Curious about leveraging AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and similar technologies) to improve legal workflows, research, and productivity.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Hands‑on, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of a broad range of legal matters.

In Germany, we support a hybrid work model, offering the possibility to work remotely while visiting the office 2 times per week for collaboration and team engagement.
