We are interested in speaking with senior lawyers who share our values and want to practise law differently.

You will be a recognised expert in your field, typically with a minimum of 8 years post‑qualification experience. Partners come from leading City, national and international firms, senior in‑house roles, and established boutique or independent practices. Spencer West is consistently recognised in legal directories, reflecting the firm’s depth of expertise and commitment to excellence.

You will have the ambition and growth mindset to run your own practice. This may be as an individual practitioner or with a view to building and growing a team.

You will have an established or developing client following and a commitment to building long‑term client relationships and growing your practice.

You value working alongside like‑minded colleagues, sharing opportunities and contributing to a supportive international community.

• An active practising certificate/ licence to practice law with no restrictions
• Willingness to operate on self‑employed basis
• Fluent in English
