Qualified lawyer​/ in-house counsel; m​/f​/d

As part of our company’s growth, we are therefore looking for a fully qualified lawyer/in-house counsel (m/f/d) with strong personal and professional skills to join our Berlin office as soon as possible.

• Providing legal advice to executives on contract management and liability
• Legal coordination and management of committees and bodies
• Advice on various issues in the field of corporate and real estate law, including stock corporation law and capital measures
• Preparation of corporate documents and transactions and their contractual design
• Out-of-court and in-court claims management (assertion or defence of claims against third parties)
• Further development of risk and opportunity management

• Successfully completed law degree with 1st and 2nd state law examinations
• Several years of professional experience and knowledge of stock corporation law would be an advantage
• Very good understanding of economic contexts
• Solution-oriented team player
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills, as well as initiative and persuasiveness
• Structured approach to work and strong organisational skills
• Confident in using the most common MS Office applications
