• Family Law:
  National and International

• Independent management of a family law division
• Comprehensive legal advice and representation for clients in all areas of family law
• Drafting and reviewing family law agreements, in particular separation and divorce settlement agreements, prenuptial agreements, and visitation and child support arrangements
• Assistance with international family law matters, particularly those involving cross-border issues
• Active participation in the professional and strategic development of the Family Law Division

You have professional experience or in-depth knowledge in the specified area of law. Certification as a specialist in family law is preferred. We are also happy to assist you in obtaining this certification. Please feel free to share any related areas of interest and practice focus.

You communicate clearly, project confidence, and value professional exchanges within the team.
