Like how Stripe enables developers to add payments to their platform and Unity enables you to build world‑class games, Embeddable is the end‑to‑end developer platform for building seamless, lightning‑fast customer‑facing analytics directly into your product.

As a developer, adding a couple of charts to your online platform is easy. Scaling analytics to tens of thousands of end‑users, who all have differing data needs and data questions, is a hard problem. Embeddable gives you the infrastructure and tools to rapidly build out your interactive in‑product analytics in days, not months, and empowers your team to iterate on your analytics at the pace your customers need.

You’re a hungry, humble, and smart Senior Frontend Engineer with deep expertise in React, Type Script and CSS who thrives in building sleek, components and writing clean, maintainable code! Joining our team means working alongside a small (but growing!) talented Frontend Engineer team as part of a collaborative engineering team.

You’ll have the opportunity to help shape the evolution of our frontend architecture while contributing to a supportive environment that values innovation and quality. Your work will directly impact our mission of delivering delightful analytics to our growing customer base!

• Collaborate closely with the frontend engineers to define and implement our frontend strategy.
• Take shared ownership of our library architecture, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Build and maintain high-quality library components using React, Type Script, and JavaScript.
• Contribute to a culture of excellence by reviewing code, mentoring peers, and sharing knowledge with the team.
• Work with designers to create seamless and delightful user experiences.
• Actively participate in team discussions, explaining your solutions clearly while remaining open to feedback and suggestions.

• 8+ years’ experience as a frontend engineer
• React knowledge:
  React core principles, hooks, performance optimisation, accessibility, testing and best practices.
• Type Script & JavaScript knowledge:
  Strong Java script fundamentals, inclusive effective use of standard browser and ECMAScript APIs. Advanced Typescript proficiency with experience in built-in utility types, authoring custom utility types, advanced type composition and designing expressive maintainable public type APIs.
• CSS knowledge:
  Strong pure CSS fundamentals, modern layout techniques, scalable styling strategies, design system‑driven styling and state‑based and interactive styling.

• Great communication skills
• Active listening skills, allowing you to understand and consider suggestions
• The ability to explain your solutions clearly and respectfully
• Passionate about your work
• Reliable and hold yourself to a high quality standard in your work
• Curious and excited to learn new things!
• Fluent level spoken and written English is a must!
