Senior Go Developer

NCE, a leading provider of IoT connectivity, we’re looking for a (
Senior) Go Developer (m/f/d) in Bosnia
. You'll join an international, distributed and remote working team solving challenges in event-driven architectures, ensuring system stability through open-source standards, and building scalable, robust systems to handle millions of connected devices.

• Develop microservices in Go within an agile, test-driven environment
• Design scalable REST APIs using OpenAPI Specifications
• Build and maintain robust event-driven systems using message publishers/subscribers
• Solve challenges in distributed architecture with open-source technologies at scale
• Ensure system reliability through comprehensive testing, code reviews, and pair programming
• Collaborate on architectural decisions and technology choices for sustainable solutions
• Support infrastructure tasks such as CI/CD (Git Lab CI), ideally AWS integration (EKS, S3, MSK), and Helm chart maintenance

• Solid experience inbackend development with Go
• A structured mindset and background inobject-oriented development
• Familiarity withclean code,DDD,TDD,build automation, andCI/CD
• A team-oriented attitude and openness in a remote work setting connecting across cultures
• Ideally, experience withevent-driven systems(e.g., Kafka)
• Ideally, knowledge of Protobuf , Open Telemetry , and Jaeger
• Strong command of English(written and spoken)

Note: On-call duty rotation is part of the job and will be compensated accordingly.
