Software Engineer, Cloud-Ingenieur - Software, Full Stack Entwickler

As a Software Engineer at Veli, you will directly shape how our product scales. We are looking for someone who brings proven experience, takes ownership, and drives solutions end-to-end. You will work closely with our CTO and product team on challenges at the intersection of IoT, AI, and real-world users.

Depending on your strengths and interest, your focus can be on full-stack feature development or backend/IoT challenges:

• Build full-stack features for our web apps and alarm handling systems, based on close collaboration with product and customer feedback
• Design, extend and optimize our backend modules for configuration, operations and IoT/AI data processing pipelines at scale
• Ensure reliable and secure operations together with the team through monitoring, alerting and incident handling

You are an experienced and ambitious software engineer who wants to have real impact.

• You have contributed to production-ready projects and can point to a proven track record
• You are fluent in English (C1+) and have at least intermediate German skills (B1)
• You already live in or are willing to relocate to Kassel or Munich
• You have an EU work permit
• You are comfortable with parts of our tech stack:
  Python, Type Script, Go, React, Next.js, Django, Postgre
  
  SQL, Influx
  
  DB, Azure, Kubernetes, Kafka, Prometheus/Grafana
