We’re seeking a Senior Android Engineer to join our team and help craft cutting‑edge, high-performance Android applications. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver seamless, intuitive, and robust mobile experiences used by thousands of users.

• Design and develop Android applications using Kotlin (primary) and Java
  .
• Build modern UIs using Jetpack Compose
  , Material 3, and Google’s latest Android design patterns.

• Implement clean app architectures (e.g.,
  MVVM
  ) and manage UI state using View Model
  , State Flow/Mutable State Flow , and Coroutines
  .
• Use Navigation-Compose for structured navigation flows.

• Optimize app performance for smooth, responsive interactions.
• Conduct thorough testing
  , debugging
  , and participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality.

• Integrate with backend services using Retrofit + Ok Http for API communication and Kotlin Serialization / Moshi / Gson for JSON parsing.
• Implement local storage solutions using Room or preference storage via Data Store
  .

• Use Work Manager for scheduled and deferred background tasks.
• Work with hardware and system features such as Media3
  , CameraX
  , Permissions
  , and Maps
  .

• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers and product managers for cohesive UI/UX.
• Manage code with Git
  , including branching, reviews, and CI workflows.

• Integrate analytics, push notifications, authentication, and real-time features using Firebase and related services.

• 5+ years of proven experience in Android development.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin (primary language) and good knowledge of Java
  .
• Solid experience with the modern Android ecosystem:
  • Jetpack libraries (Compose, Navigation, View Model, Data Store, Room, etc.)
  • Android architecture patterns (MVVM, etc.)
  • RESTful APIs and common networking patterns.
• Experience using Git and collaborative workflows.

• Published apps on the Google Play Store
  .
• Familiarity with cross-platform technologies (e.g.,
  React Native
  , Flutter
  ).
• Experience with Hilt or Koin for dependency injection.
• Background in Computer Science or related field (BSc or equivalent).
