• 5+ years or equivalent experience in software development
• Heavy knowledge of web technology stacks and frameworks (Java, Angular, .NET Core)
• Proven ability to develop others, setting goals, building development plans, and taking active performance management
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a team as well as on your own
• Ability to operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast and constantly evolving team
• Experience in agile software development best practices (specifically Scrum)
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops is a plus
• Experience in multi-tenant SaaS products is preferable
• Strong communication and leadership skills with an entrepreneurial drive
• Your English is excellent;
  German language is a plus
• Enthusiasm and reliability, as well as foresight and team spirit

• Lead and mentor software engineers and developers
• Work with development teams in different disciplines to identify optimal solutions
• Develop IT architecture of innovative software solutions
• Show analytical and methodical approach for solving complex problems
• Report to the executive office and present new results
