Join our sustainable and financially stable company as a Senior Software Engineer - Python (m/f/d) in our Logistics Outbound team, making a direct impact through a hybrid work model in our Berlin headquarters.

• Redesign the warehouse management systems and processes using robotics and modern technologies
• Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable services using Python, Django and FastAPI
• Conceptualize and improve our software architecture
• Understand and solve complex business requirements
• Take ownership of your work, and engage in agile ceremonies
• Share your expertise within the team and company and improve existing processes
• Write RFCs for the decisions and maintain Architecture Decisions Records

• At least 6 years of experience in Software Engineering
• Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset
• Several years of experience with Python and Django or FastAPI in a working environment
• Proven experience with distributed systems and cloud technologies, preferably GCP
• Strong understanding of Celery and PostgreSQL
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments
• Passion for testing, clean architecture, and clean code
• Fluent in English and great communication skills for discussions and code reviews

We work according to a hybrid model that offers you maximum flexibility while also fostering important personal connections. Whether in our centrally located office or working remotely - you and your team decide together where and when you want to work. You can arrange your working hours flexibly. For personal interaction, your team meets at least 20 days per quarter in the office, as our team days are held in person.
