Software Engineer; m​/f​/d – Frontend

As a Software Engineer with a focus on frontend development, you contribute to the development of a new, strategically important web-based product within the myneva portfolio. Your primary focus is on building intuitive, reliable, and maintainable user interfaces that support complex workflows in a professional care and social services environment. You work hands‑on using modern frontend technologies, collaborating closely with backend engineers, product management, and UX to deliver high‑quality user experiences.

In this role, you take ownership of frontend features, continuously improve code quality, and apply modern engineering practices — including the effective use of AI‑supported development tools.

• You design and implement frontend components using modern web technologies (React, Type Script), following established design and architecture guidelines.
• You build robust client‑side data flows, including state management, data fetching, caching, and error handling.
• You collaborate closely with UX, product management, and backend engineers to deliver cohesive end‑to‑end user experiences.
• You translate UI/UX concepts and functional requirements into clean, maintainable frontend implementations.
• You ensure frontend quality through component testing, code reviews, and adherence to development standards.
• You integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services.
• You ensure accessibility and basic frontend security aspects in collaboration with backend teams.
• You use AI‑assisted development tools to improve productivity while critically validating their outputs.

• You have solid professional experience in frontend or fullstack software development with a clear focus on frontend technologies.
• You have practical experience with state and data management patterns (e.g., React Query, Redux, or comparable approaches).
• You have a good understanding of frontend architecture and interaction with backend APIs.
• You care about usability, maintainability, and clean, well‑structured frontend code.
• You have experience using AI-supported development tools and understand the need to validate AI-generated results.
• You enjoy working in an international, cross‑functional team environment.
• You communicate confidently in English (C1 level);
  German skills are a plus.
