We are recruiting a team of Pega specialists (Lead Systems Architect and Senior System Architects) for a long-running public sector digital transformation programme running until December 2027. Roles are available on a contract or permanent basis and are fully remote.

A confidential public sector client is delivering a large-scale funding disbursement platform built on Pega. The team will design, build, and maintain a modular, reusable Pega architecture handling payment orders, payment plans, and funding benefit workflows — built to strict cash security and compliance standards.

• Pega platform architecture, configurability, maintainability, and modularisation
• Pega development including generic applications for funding disbursement and cash security compliance
• Configuration of reusable Pega components within payment order and payment plan processes
• Quality assurance and compliance with ISO/IEC 9126 architectural standards
• UX design using Pega Constellation and accessibility standards
• Pega test automation and Pega Deployment Manager / CI/CD pipeline

• Minimum 3 years hands‑on Pega development experience
• At least one LSA certification within the team
• Public sector, banking, insurance, or government domain experience advantageous but not essential
• EU-based or able to work European hours
