Your mission

The Bikeleasing Group has developed into a leading group of companies for employer benefits and mobility solutions. It comprises five specialized companies, including multi-benefit providers, leasing and insurance service providers and refurbished bike dealers. With our continued profitable growth and expansion, we are on an exciting technical transformation journey. We are looking for an experienced Team Lead (gn) who brings both strong technical and leadership skills to actively shape our engineering culture and make our teams successful.

• You will develop and maintain modern software solutions in a service-oriented architecture
• You lead and develop a cross-functional team of developers
• You carry out code reviews, create technical documentation and thus ensure our high quality standards
• You work closely with product owners and other stakeholders
• You promote a strong engineering culture through best practices and mentoring

• You have several years of experience in software development and are familiar with Kotlin, Type Script or a comparable language
• You have experience in technical leadership and coaching of software developers
• You are familiar with cloud technologies (AWS) and modern software architectures
• You are experienced in agile development methods (Scrum/Kanban)
• You are a strong communicator and enjoy working with teams

  Kotlin, Type Script, PHP, Python; frameworks such as Spring Boot, Vue.js, React, NestJS, Symfony; cloud infrastructure on AWS, fully provisioned with Terraform.
