Senior Full Stack Developer (React, Python) Overview

• Collaborate with the product team to brainstorm new products and features, turning ideas into actionable development plans.
• Develop and maintain our digital products, including therapy apps (using React Native and Type Script), therapy backend (using Python, Django, and PostgreSQL), and interfaces for external devices like blood pressure monitors.
• Manage all aspects of deployment and technical operations to ensure smooth and secure product performance (leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform for cloud infrastructure).
• Use data analysis and systematic approaches to improve product capabilities for self-improvement.
• Ensure a well-organized development environment by keeping architecture, infrastructure, and process documentation up to date.
• Play a key role in building a strong engineering team and fostering a positive, collaborative development culture.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong grasp of software design principles.
• Proficiency in key technologies such as React/React Native, Type Script, Python, Django, and Kubernetes.
• Must-have experience with React/React Native and Python.
• Strong communication skills and working proficiency in English.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, with a natural tendency to take ownership and responsibility, both within your role and beyond.
