You are a React frontend engineer focused on innovation. You build and ship new product experiences quickly, evaluate emerging technologies pragmatically, and turn complex AI capabilities into intuitive interfaces used in production.

You will work on AI powered user experiences, frontend architectures, workflows, and scalable product systems in a fast moving environment.

• Build high impact React applications and MVPs with fast iteration cycles
• Develop AI powered user experience using modern LLMs capabilities
• Create intuitive workflows for healthcare professionals and patients
• Build interfaces around OCR, speech, automation, and real time interactions
  
  Improve frontend reliability, observability, and performance across systems
• Contribute to product direction, UX decisions, and future platform capabilities

• Building interfaces that stay maintainable as complexity grows
• Pragmatic engineering instead of over engineering
• Fast iteration without creating fragile user experiences
• Ownership beyond isolated components or tickets
• Clean UX and thoughtful interaction design
• Understanding product impact, not just implementation details
• Evaluating new technologies critically instead of following hype
