Software Engineer​/Developer Golang

Requirements

• Product development: work with our product team to build new features and improve existing ones, making life better for our users and customers
• Observability: help the team understand what is going on with our backend systems
• Improve our security: we handle a lot of important data and are always looking to enhance security
• Operations: you build it, you run it - understand how your services work in production and keep improving them
• Refactoring legacy code: replace outdated software designs with more reliable, event-driven and state-machine solutions
• SQL, REST, messaging system: be able to work independently with this tech stack
• Collaborate with our machine-learning experts to integrate audio- and video-analysis services into your area of responsibility
• A proven record of professional work with Go
• Understanding of Kubernetes and practical experience running services on it
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaboration experience in a hybrid setup and comfort in giving/receiving feedback
• A holistic view of quality - recognise good quality in your own work and in the work of others
• Fluent English skills
