  You shape the software technology strategy and roadmap, working closely with the Head of Engineering and Principal Engineer
• The Collaborator

  You ensure seamless collaboration across multiple functions (Firmware, UX/UI, cloud connectivity, etc.) to deliver cohesive and scalable solutions

• Proven Leader
  :
  You have 2+ years of experience in the disciplinary leadership of software engineering teams, including hiring, developing, and growing talent
• Application Development & Architecture Expert
  :
  You bring 8+ years of experience designing and implementing business‑logic‑heavy applications  possess deep expertise in C++ and a strong command of software design concepts, ensuring your team builds systems that are powerful, maintainable and reliable. Experience in QML/Qt, embedded and IoT systems is a plus
• Software Engineering Excellence

  You possess hands‑on experience deploying and scaling modern software engineering practices such as CI/CD and automated testing. You actively leverage AI‑driven development to increase productivity and engineering effectiveness
