PHP developer

Job Description

We are a growing and we are looking for a PHP developer to help us expand our internal and customer-facing applications and build on our in‑house Turbo Stack suite.

You will be part of our Platforms team, where you will work closely with your colleagues from Operations & Platforms. Sometimes you are the student, sometimes the teacher. Cross‑pollination of knowledge is very important in a fast‑moving online world.

We have a flat structure, an open mind and we are fans of new ideas; initiative, opinions and input are highly valued.

As a hosting partner, we dive deep into the set‑up of your site or application. We tinker with the infrastructure until we can guarantee you load times of less than one second and maximum uptime. With us, you start from pole position, you maintain speed and together reach the full potential of your site or app as a team.

We can adjust our SaaS services upon your request and we can always provide tailor‑made services. Customization can range from the design of a cluster setup to the complete roll‑out and management of your cloud infrastructure.

• Be involved in the project definition and design of open‑source products;
• Develop functionalities on various building blocks of our services (API/backend/frontend aka fullstack);
• Test the developed code and monitor good practices;
• Integrate APIs and external services;
• Defining and upgrading our technology stack (Ansible, PHP, etc.);
• Coding specific developments (PHP/Symfony/Laravel, Java script, Elasticsearch, SQL, caching…);
• Improving Dev Ops tools (Docker, Kubernetes, testing, CI).
