• Own feature development end-to-end: scoping, building, shipping, and iterating.
• Maintain and extend existing codebases with attention to quality and speed.
• Use AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) as a primary development workflow to increase productivity.
• Identify gaps or ambiguities in requirements and write lightweight specifications when needed.
• Read and interpret product metrics to assess feature performance.
• Contribute technical perspectives to product discussions and drive outcomes.

• 2–4 years of full‑stack development experience with shipped products.
• Frontend:
  React Native is required.
• Experience with both backend and frontend engineering is mandatory.
• Daily fluency with at least one AI coding tool and a track record of using it to ship product improvements.
• Strong product curiosity: you evaluate whether features work and propose what to build next.
• Comfort working in a small team with minimal process; ability to create your own structure.

• Experience in gaming, consumer apps, or products focused on user retention.
• Prior exposure to product thinking (owning a roadmap, writing PRDs, running side projects).
