Overview

Senior Frontend Engineer (m/f/d) at Libra.

• Own end‑to‑end product surfaces across our Svelte Kit application, from architecture to polish.
• Lead the consolidation of UI patterns into a coherent component library for consistency.
• Drive front‑end quality: raise type safety, reduce duplication, and establish reusable patterns.
• Partner with design and UX teams to evolve the design system and enable its adoption product‑wide.
• Build novel UX for human‑AI interaction in legal, including streaming responses, citation rendering, source attribution, and tool‑use surfaces.
• Raise the development bar through code review, pairing, and mentoring.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 5 years product‑frontend engineering; deep Type Script proficiency and strong Svelte/Svelte Kit experience (or comparable depth in React/Vue).
• Solid command of modern CSS and design tokens;
  Tailwind experience is a plus.
• Hands‑on real‑time UI patterns (streaming responses, SSE, optimistic updates).
• Proven experience building or evolving a design system or component library.
• Experience using AI coding agents like Cursor or Claude Code.
• Bonus: UX for LLM‑powered or non‑deterministic products.
• Bonus:
  Full‑stack experience (Python/FastAPI) is a plus.

• Comfortable bringing structure to an evolving codebase.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and urgency.
• Pragmatic approach to problem solving.
• Strong product sensibility: focus on user outcomes.
• Excellent communication in English;
  German is a plus.
