Backend Developer (Go​/ NodeJS​/ TypeScript) (m​/f​/d) - Startup - Hybrid​/Remote

As a Backend Developer at Logicc, you'll play an active role in shaping the future of AI applications. Working in our agile team, you'll see the direct impact of your work on our users while helping drive one of the most exciting technology fields of our time.

Our working language is English - German is not required.

• Develop and enhance internal tools and backend services using Go, NodeJS or Type Script
• Design, maintain, and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, migrations, and performance tuning
• Build and maintain data synchronization processes across multiple systems
• Design and optimize agent-first development workflows and CI/CD pipelines using Git Lab
• Collaborate closely in a cross-functional team

• 3+ years of professional experience in backend development using Go, NodeJS or Type Script
• An open mindset toward AI-assisted software development and hands-on experience with coding agents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is our working language)

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with Type Script and Vite or similar frontend frameworks
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based deployments

You'll become part of our cross-functional product team. As a young startup, we keep communication simple, decisions fast, and your ideas truly matter.

Our day-to-day work is pragmatic, with short daily stand-ups and direct communication. We value clean, maintainable code and scalable architecture. While our core team is based in our Hamburg office, we also work remotely across Germany.
