Senior Frontend Engineer / Tech Lead | Angular & Type Script | Munich | 60% Home Office | €110,000pa

Air traffic control software, a tech lead seat, and 60 percent home office on an 18-Month Secure ANÜ Engagement in Munich.

You would take a central role as Tech Lead and Senior Developer on a modern web frontend suite for air traffic control management software. Hands on engineering alongside real architecture ownership, not one or the other.

• Leading development of modern web frontend applications in Angular and Type Script
• Driving technical conception and software architecture, and writing the detailed designs
• Aligning a cross cutting target architecture with the other architects
• Mentoring junior developers and setting technical standards across the team
• Working closely with backend teams on integrated, high performance solutions
• Full Scrum participation --- refinements, plannings, reviews and retrospectives

• Very good Type Script, JavaScript and Angular
• Several years in software development, ideally as Senior Developer or Tech Lead
• Containerisation of web applications, Docker or Kubernetes
• CI/CD pipelines as a standard part of how you work Strong focus on code quality, code analysis and unit testing
• Confident German and English, written and spoken
• Degree in Computer Science or demonstrably equivalent experience
• EU or EEA citizenship
• C1+ German & English

• Frontend test automation, ideally Playwright
• Practical Scrum experience
• Genuine interest in mentoring and knowledge sharing

Salary:
Upto to €110,000 gross per year, depending on seniority

Engagement: 18-Month Secure ANÜ Engagement

Sixty percent home office on a tech lead seat is unusual in German engineering contracts, and air traffic control is a domain where the software genuinely has to work. Eighteen months gives you time to build something rather than firefight.
