In this role, you'll lead delivery on Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, translating business needs into scalable platform solutions at the intersection of healthcare and enterprise technology. Combining hands‑on configuration and custom development with stakeholder partnership, you'll drive sound technical design, strong security practices, and maintainable implementations. • Lead delivery on Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementations.
• Translate business needs into scalable platform solutions through configuration and custom development.
• Design and implement integrations with external systems via APIs.
• Partner with stakeholders and engineers to drive technical design and security best practices.
• Mentor team members while independently moving work forward.

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering or Salesforce development.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
• Hands‑on experience with Flows, Omni Studio, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
• Experience with API integrations connecting Salesforce to external systems.
• Strong understanding of security practices and maintainable implementation standards.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Experience with Mule Soft.
• Background with AWS integrations.
