  • Testing – Implement methods for unit and integration testing, including the use of other programming languages such as C# or Python.
  • Secure communication – define and implement secure authentication, credential handling, and interface protection concepts across the existing product platform.
  • Cybersecurity – contribute to technical measures that improve product security and support compliance with the requirements of the European Cyber Resilience Act.
Qualifications
  • Education – you hold a degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a comparable discipline.
  • Embedded experience – you have several years of experience in embedded firmware development using

    C.
  • Microcontrollers – you have strong experience in developing software for 32-bit microcontroller platforms. Hands‑on experience with STM
    32 microcontrollers is highly preferred.
  • Bare-metal systems – you have hands‑on experience with embedded systems without an operating system and understand the constraints of resource‑limited platforms.
  • Debugging – you are proficient in debugging and troubleshooting on target hardware using common development and laboratory tools.
  • Communication protocols – you have experience working with communication interfaces and protocols in embedded environments.
  • Secure development – you understand the principles of secure product development and have an interest in cybersecurity requirements for embedded devices.
