Every product team's ability to move fast depends on what’s running underneath it. The Platform team builds that foundation for Bettermile, from shared infrastructure and authentication to observability, alerting, and developer tooling, so product teams can build, deploy, operate, and secure their products with confidence. The Platform Team's mission is to empower product teams by minimizing their cognitive load, so they can move faster and deliver more business value to our customers.

You will be joining a highly impactful role where you will balance hands‑on technical execution (approx. 60%) with strategic stakeholder engagement and mentorship (approx. 40%).

AWS(CDK, EC2, ECS, S3, Event Bridge, SQS, Location Services, API Gateway), Pulumi, Kotlin, New Relic, Snowflake, Pager Duty, Git Hub, Git Hub Actions, Git Hub Copilot and Claude Code.

• Deep proficiency and hands‑on experience operating within AWS environment
• Proven experience leading infrastructure migration projects spanning multiple teams
• Experience actively mentoring other engineers
• Security‑minded approach to platform engineering
• Strong background in system operations, specifically with Linux/Unix
• A proven ability to constructively challenge viewpoints while consistently aligning with the best interests of the organization
• A strong preference for a hybrid setup that blends remote flexibility with 2 days of on‑site collaboration in our Kreuzberg office

• Experience with AI workloads, MLOps, AWS Bedrock, Agentcore, or Snowflake Cortex
• Proven experience leading large‑scale infrastructure migration projects spanning multiple teams
• Fluency in a programming language such as Python or similar
• AWS certifications
