X-FLOW is a mobile game development company established in 2018. Its flagship product, Happy Color, is a popular digital coloring book and a successful ad-driven mobile app.

Design and develop Go microservices using REST/gRPC, including public and internal APIs;
Integrate with external services and develop contracts;
Optimize performance, profile systems, reduce latency, and scale systems;
Design database schemas and perform migrations, indexing, and query optimization;
Work with PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis, Kafka/NATS, and event-driven integrations;
Implement and maintain CI/CD and AWS cloud infrastructure with Docker/Kubernetes;
Ensure quality through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, code reviews, and automated checks;
Ensure observability and reliability through logging, metrics, alerting, and tracing;
Participate in architectural design, RFCs, and ADRs.

3+ Years of commercial development experience, including 3+ years with Golang;
Proficiency in Go, including context handling, concurrency with go routines/channels, pprof profiling, gRPC/REST, generics, and modularity;
Strong understanding of backend architecture, API design, microservices, and distributed systems;
Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and Redis, including database design, indexing, and transactions;
Experience designing event-driven integrations with Kafka/NATS;
Experience with Git Lab CI, feature flags, migrations, and blue-green/rolling deployments;
Experience with Go testing/testify and integration/e2e testing;
Knowledge of OAuth2 and JWT;
Understanding of DDD principles, SOLID, 12-factor methodology, and observability with Prometheus/Grafana and Open Telemetry;
Russian at C1 or higher;
English at B1;
Nice to have:
Experience with search technologies such as Open Search, Python and/or PHP, Type Script, JavaScript and React, CQRS/Event Sourcing, idempotency, deduplication, BFFs, Web Sockets, feature flags, experiments/A-B testing, and product metrics.
