Job Description

We are looking for a Conversational & Generative AI Tech Lead (w/m/d) to join our team in Berlin, Deutschland. The ideal candidate should have professional experience in the Banking Industry and should be an experienced professional. This is a permanent appointment and requires full time working hours. The job is a hybrid remote position. The Conversational & Generative AI Tech Lead will be responsible for developing and deploying AI-based conversational and generative solutions.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of the latest AI technologies and be able to design and implement complex AI solutions. The candidate should also be able to work independently and collaboratively with other teams.

• Design and develop AI-based conversational and generative solutions.
• Research and develop new AI technologies.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful implementation of AI solutions.
• Develop and maintain AI models.
• Analyze and optimize AI solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Professional experience in the Banking Industry.
• Experience in developing and deploying AI-based conversational and generative solutions.
• Strong understanding of the latest AI technologies.
• Ability to design and implement complex AI solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
