We are hiring a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong software engineering capabilities and a proven track record of designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, production-grade applications.

This role is designed for professionals who can contribute beyond development — participating in architecture decisions, system design, performance optimization, and technical leadership initiatives. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong ownership, product thinking, and execution capabilities in high-performance engineering environments.

Candidates must be based in Pakistan, with Lahore-based professionals strongly preferred for collaboration and operational alignment.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software applications.
• Lead end-to-end feature development, from architecture and design through deployment.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code across multiple system components.
• Optimize application performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA, and engineering teams to deliver successful solutions.
• Participate in technical architecture discussions and engineering decision-making.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices and quality standards.
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing, monitoring, and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex technical challenges.

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining complex, production-grade applications.
• Experience working with distributed or international teams is preferred.
• Experience operating within Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and engineering best practices.

• Strong proficiency in modern programming languages and software development frameworks.
• Experience building scalable backend systems and APIs.
• Strong understanding of system design, software architecture, and performance optimization.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
