About the Opportunity

We are seeking German-English bilingual speakers to support an advanced audio project focused on speech data collection and AI training. You’ll record and evaluate speech, annotate audio, and help create high-quality data for AI speech and language systems.

No prior AI experience is required — your language and speech expertise is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Record provided sentences in German and English according to project guidelines.
• Listen to and annotate audio clips with accurate transcriptions and pronunciation feedback.
• Create controlled background sounds, such as stationary car or office environments, when required.
• Label and organize audio files with accurate metadata and submission standards.
• Participate in ongoing speech data collection for AI speech and language systems.
• Follow all privacy, consent, storage, and voice-data usage requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Native-level German proficiency with clear articulation and strong pronunciation.
• B2+ English proficiency for bilingual assignments and instructions.
• Strong understanding of phonetics and pronunciation.
• Ability to follow precise audio recording and project guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail regarding pronunciation, background noise, and data accuracy.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with speech data collection, transcription, or audio annotation.
• Familiarity with AI speech workflows or language technology.
• Experience managing audio files, metadata, or structured recording tasks.

Compensation

• Competitive compensation of $30–$65/hour.
