New Moon Production is a remote working Hamburg based studio, bringing new and exciting games to the market. Since its founding in 2016, it has released multiple games on different platforms, including the much beloved Big Farm:

• Take responsibility for product and feature management for Big Farm:
  Mobile Harvest, from creating new content to running effective Live Ops.

• Develop a product strategy based on market trends, user behavior, and key metrics to make informed decisions and prioritize initiatives that drive growth and player satisfaction.

• Work closely with our community management and customer service teams to ensure smooth player experience and to leverage those channels for effective communication with our player base.

• You will prioritize features, create roadmaps, and conduct experiments to evaluate the impact of gameplay changes on player behavior and monetization.

• Create performance reporting that includes analysis, dashboards, as well as impact of events and takeaway learnings.

• Along with requesting meaningful dashboards for effective analysis, managing and setting up offers and events, as well as product improvements, is also part of the role.

• Champion a customer‑centric approach by understanding player behavior and preferences, translating insights into actionable strategies.

• Several years of professional experience in the mobile games industry or working on at least 1 shipped title are required.

• You have experience with different games’ lifecycle phases, from soft‑launch, over implementing new content to Live Ops game dynamics, including monetisation strategies, in‑game economies and community feedback.

• You are a resilient, detail‑oriented team player, passionate about seeking new ways to enhance performance.

• You are able to inspire the team with clear vision, empathy, and enthusiasm to create and implement innovative solutions together.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
