Account Executive (f/d/m)

Join the Flowers-Software GmbH team as an Account Executive (f/d/m). We are one of Germany’s fastest‑growing tech startups, focused on digitalization and automation for Mittelstand companies.

As a key member of our revenue team, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth.

• Lead the market with Flowers, acquiring new clients and boosting sales.
• Drive full‑cycle deals from discovery to product demos, negotiations and closing.
• Collaborate with marketing and product and perform outbound activities to keep a constant pipeline.
• Create compelling customer journeys, pitch materials and conduct winning customer conversations.
• Continuously track and analyze performance, identifying improvement opportunities.

• Minimum 3 years of experience selling software solutions, especially B2B SaaS.
• Deep understanding of the industry and current market trends, especially in the German SMB sector.
• Client‑centric mindset with the ability to quickly identify problems and explain how a SaaS product solves them.
• Self‑starter who can structure work and thrives in a fast‑moving environment.
• Fluency in German, excellent communication skills and an engaging style.
