Work within the Sales team on inbound enquiries, guide prospects to the right offer, and support them through contract closure. You’ll participate in onboarding, weekly 1:1s with team leads, team meetings, and periodic coaching sessions focused on sales techniques and organizational skills.
Qualifications- Enjoy interacting with diverse people
- Eager to grow communication skills and learn from experienced teammates

- Team player who supports others in challenging times and celebrates shared wins
- Motivated to advance digitalisation in the real‑estate sector
- Prior sales experience not required – training will be provided
Over the first 3 weeks we provide intensive onboarding covering company, teams, product, processes and our sales approach. Afterward continued learning continues through weekly 1:1s, team meetings, peer rounds, coaching on rhetoric and sales organisation, plus mentorship from experienced managers.
In 6‑12 months you may take on small projects alongside core duties and jointly develop Sales & Marketing initiatives.
