• Consult and support our existing customers to ensure their satisfaction
• Be the first point of contact for all customer management concerns
• Identify new sales potentials and support targeted utilization
• Expand existing customer relationships and actively promote cross-selling of new or additional products
• Document all customer activities in our CRM system and maintain contacts, including follow-ups
• Assist in planning and implementing sales measures, contributing your ideas

• Completed commercial or sales-oriented training or a comparable qualification
• Experience in sales and customer interaction is ideal
• Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and a customer-oriented mindset
• Customer and sales-oriented work, social skills, and creative problem-solving are among your strengths
• Independent, structured work style with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• High IT affinity and excellent German language skills;
  English skills are a plus
