This position is based Berlin or Munich, Germany or London, UK.
We are looking for a Solutions Consultant – Digital Identity & eSigning (SaaS) to support our growth and assist our sales teams in promoting high value‑added solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the identity verification, electronic signature, and digital identity markets.
- Support and advise clients throughout the sales cycle, from qualification and understanding of business needs to demonstrating the value of our solutions—both for prospects and existing clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical, product, marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Present our SaaS solutions during client meetings, demonstrations, and events.
- Ensure rigorous follow‑up of leads and opportunities using our CRM tool.
- Contribute to achieving the sales team’s growth objectives.
- Successful first experience in B2B solution sales, ideal in the SaaS or technology sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and the ability to understand client needs.
- Team spirit, curiosity, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with office tools (PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems (such as Salesforce).
- Professional English and German are mandatory.
- Knowledge of the MEDDPICC methodology.
