Consultative Sales: Own the full sales cycle, from initial discovery to high-stakes C-level presentations and closing.
Deal Ownership: Drive qualified leads through the pipeline, conducting tailored product demos that highlight our AI’s unique value proposition.
Scale-Up Spirit: Beyond closing deals, you will help refine our sales playbooks, objection handling, and go-to-market strategies.
Impact: Directly influence our ARR growth and help us define the "Pricing Optimization" category in the DACH market and beyond.
Proven Track Record: 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (ideally within Retail, E-commerce, or Mar Tech).
Solution Selling: You thrive on explaining complex technology simply and selling on Value
, not just features.Closing Mindset: You are goal-oriented, data-driven (CRM is your best friend), and a confident negotiator.

Native-level German (C2) is mandatory for our core market, complemented by fluent English for our international team.Entrepreneurial Spirit: You don’t wait for instructions; you see opportunities and act on them.
Attractive Package: €60,000 Base Salary + uncapped commission (
