Where your expertise is needed
  • Drive new business growth through multi-channel outreach and active participation in key industry events.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Co-design and implement automated sales processes in collaboration with the technology and sales teams.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new contracts.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and maintain an up-to-date pipeline at all times.
What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a leading university.
  • 4–5 years of quota-carrying sales experience in the B2B enterprise segment.
  • 1–2 years of experience in carbon market sales (strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communicator and negotiator, able to present complex topics clearly and to influence at the executive level.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Fluency in English is essential;
    German is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI workflows, LLMs, and automation is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to clients and events.
  • Must hold a valid EU/EFTA work permit and be able to work within EU time zones. While we embrace remote work, we value face-to-face collaboration. If you are not based in Berlin or Zürich, you should be prepared to travel there for regular team syncs.
